Thanks to all from our partnership network who joined our Compostio session in January. To explore a systems thinking approach we used the analogy of the garden as a metaphor.
What are we doing? Exploring the seeding of new collaborations and ways of working, celebrating and listening to existing projects and developing new ones.
With who? Anyone who wants to join this work. We’re interested in developing new and emerging leadership which centres around lived experience.
What's next? Processing our findings and your ideas ready to bring them all back together to see what and how we’ll be working in 2026.
Can I still join this work? Yes you can...
Book onto one of our Compostio sessions to continue our work together in 2026. Everyone is welcome – even if this is your first session. The aim of these sessions is to continue exploring what we will be working on in 2026.
This time we’ve decided to work in smaller groups across the 25th and 26th, to reflect people's busy schedules and to make sure that we can provide at least one opportunity for everyone to join in the process. These smaller groups will be digging deep into the process and metaphors of systems change - revisiting the result of the first session and bringing these ideas into form.
We will then be coming together on the evening of the 26th to reflect on this work by sharing a meal at Cegin Hedyn, Lamas Street, cooked by their lovely team.

The sessions will take place at the Carmarthen Library, 9 St Peter's St, Carmarthen SA31 1LN
