The People's Feast
The Feast is back! Join us for a free community meal, with a difference! We’re excited to be working in partnership with the inspiring Cegin Y Bobl on three community meals in 2025.
The first meal will be themed around sharing projects, good practice and creative thinking for Carmarthen and its future - with contributions from our partnership network and local assembly. We know social media connects many of us, but we still need to gather, break bread and share stories – its cultural work, and food is central to our culture in Carmarthen.
You can join in too, come and help prepare the food with the Cegin Y Bobl chefs and learn about the ingredients and the project. Alternatively, just turn up for a free delicious and sustainable meal. Conversation, live music, ideas and a free meal! Families and carers welcome, we can provide a quite space and a children’s activity corner.
Please book a place below or email us directly for more information. All welcome!

Walk 4
We are back with our walk series, developed with artist Simon Whitehead who has been working our local assembly.
Join us for Walk 4, led by local artist and resident Louise Bird, to take an alternative look at some historical sites and the nature of the local area starting at the Cwmoernant reservoir.
This will be gentle circular walk, beginning and ending at the reservoir and down to the amphitheatre. Taking time to think, draw and write a personal record of what we see, hear and smell. Sketch books and pencils will be provided for you.
